Conservation Commission
Meeting

Peg Arguimbau Chairman, Stephan Glicken, Hank Langstroth, and Stephen Cremer were
the members present.
7:45 p.m. General Updates:
The Conservation Administrator, Greg Meister, reviewed a map, with the Commission, of a 35-acre parcel located within the Cedar Swamp area that is owned by Mrs. Piona. He explained to the Commission that she is offering to sell this parcel to the Town for the assessed value of the property. The drainage ditch near Lee Road would fall primarily on either the Town’s or the Commission’s property if the Town agrees to purchase the parcel.
7:55 p.m. Signatures:
The Commission signed Certificate of Compliance for 53 East Street,
DEP File Number SE-280-0468. Askenazy Deed, 12-acre parcel within the Cedar Swamp. Bills.

Peg called for a motion to adjourn.
Hank Langstroth moved. Stephen Cremer seconded. Voted. Unanimous.
